Questions Answered!

So several people have been asking questions, so I figured I do a big "answer" post. Here goes!

Jen Asks: "Katamari is sooooooo cute! Seriously, how do you handle it??"

Answer: By going "Ahhhhhh!!!! and rubbing my face on her all day. Also, by taking a zillion pictures, because otherwise people might not believe me when I say how cute she is. Hence, there is this blog.

Kate asks: "have you thought about leash training her? then she could come out on the deck!"

Answer: I actually have been attempting to leash train her almost since day one. She is now to the point where she will wear her harness and leash and can come out on the deck with us! At some point in the future, I'll do a whole post about leash training.

Puff Asks: "I also looove that little [scottish fold toy] plushy!! (Where did you get that cute thing?)"

Answer: It's a toy from a McDonalds Happy Meal circa 2005. You can still pick them up for cheap on ebay!

Katie Asks: Where can I buy feather carrot?

Answer: That is the Dr. Noys refillable catnip carrot. We were looking for a refillable catnip toy for Katamari and that was the only one they had at the store we were looking in...we thought a carrot was an odd choice of shape, but we knew she'd love the feathers. It's turned out to be probably her favorite toy, so I'd definitely recommend it! You can Buy it here.

Ed Asks: nice kitty bed. where'd you get it?

Answer, I got that leopard kitty hammock for 19.95 from
The Cat Connection.

Carriegood of kitty blog The Smudge Report asks: i just wanna rub my nose in her fuzzy armpits (is that weird?)

Answer: Yes, yes it is weird. But that makes me weird EVERY DAY!

She also Asks: how do you get ANYTHING done with her around?

Answer: Well, although I've managed to learn to type AROUND a cat, or with a cat laying on my arm, I have to admit, I get less work done since I got her (unless you count working on this blog as "work").

And then asks: do you sleep with your camera?

Answer: Not TECHNICALLY, although I usually have a camera on my nightstand these days just for taking cat pics. Some of the pics also get taken with my phone, which I also keep on the nighstand if the camera has drifted elsewhere. When your cat does something cute every few minutes, you must be ever vigilant!

Jing asks: Would you please make a wallpaper of Katamari?

Answer: I'm working on that, I should have a collage wallpaper up by tomorrow. More to come when I have more time to work on it.

Zoom asks: How have you all not been on the Today show yet? Is there anyone out there who can make that happen?

Answer: If I could afford a publicist for Katamari, maybe she'd give Mr. Winkle a run for his money!
